TOWN is a flat fee provider vs charging a percentage, which provides transparency in your monthly expenses. Why spend more for an equivalent service? We then charge an initial fee, which covers property preparation and tenant acquisition. Both of these fees are only charged when your unit is occupied so there are no upfront costs to you. Our straightforward approach ensures clarity about where your money is allocated.
