Steps
Reach out to TOWN.
We then typically provide a free rental assessment to get started.
Sign the agreement and provide any other paperwork needed. This ensures that each party is on the same page moving forward.
Get landlord insurance. Make sure you have insurance for your property.
Clean the unit.
TOWN gets our team of professional cleaners in your unit to give it the necessary clean for it to be ready for the next tenants.
Repair the unit.
Our Lead Technician will go through the property to make sure everything is working properly and fix anything minor and report on anything more serious.
Condo forms and bylaws.
If there are any forms or bylaws we need to be aware of, we will collect those from you so we have the details for our tenant.
Monthly statements and payments.
As TOWN manages your property, you will receive monthly statements and payments from us.
